Top of the day to you! A good day for a Lucky Day cocktail.

• 1/2 oz R/Farm Vodka

• 2 Sprigs of Mojito Mint

• 1 1/2 oz R/Farm Gooey Butter Cake

• 1 1/2 oz Heavy Whipping Cream

• 1/4 oz Chocolate Syrup

Gently muddle one sprig of mint with vodka in a shaker tin. Add Gooey, heavy whipping cream, and chocolate syrup to a pint glass and shake with ice with the vodka and mint. Drizzle the inside of a rocks glass with chocolate syrup. Strain cocktail into the rocks glass and serve neat. Garnish with whipped cream, a sprig of mint, and green sprinkles. Sláinte!
